Registration Fees*

* registration fees do not include hotel accommodation expenses
** one night’s accommodation for the Field trip & Cultural tour will cost 80 Euro.

Full registration fee includes:
– Welcome reception event
– Oficial conference program and participant’s package
– All lunches (3) and coffee breaks/tea breaks
– Gala dinner
– Acta Horticulturae proceedings volume

Student registration fee includes:
– Welcome reception event
– Official conference program and participant’s package
– All lunches (3) and coffee breaks/tea breaks
– Gala dinner
A certificate confirming student status is required to be submitted as a scanned copy to the Secretariat office of the conference .

Accompanying person registration fee includes:
– Welcome reception event
– Gala dinner
– Day tour to Bucharest

 One-day registration fee includes:
– Official conference program and participant’s package
– Lunch and and coffee breaks/tea breaks
– Gala dinner

All cancellations of registrations must be received in writing on or before 15^th of June 2023. No refund of registration fees will be possible if cancellations are received after the above date. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise us of substitutions in writing so we can correct the name badge at the registration desk. If you do not wish to attend the Convention, you will have to cancel your registration by the 15^th of June 2023 or you will be held liable for the fees.

The payment of the registration fees is required to attend the scientific sessions, technical tour and social events.
Confirmation via e-mail will be sent to each participant once the payment of the registration fee has been received.
Only registered attendants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. Proof of payment must be submitted at the Congress Registration Desk.

INTEGRAL ONLINE EDITION OF THE EVENT
In the unlikely case that the symposium must be held in the integral online form beyond the Organizers’ control or force majeure (acts of law or regulation by Romanian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.) the Symposium Organizers will refund the registration fee difference.

CONGRESS BADGES
Congress participants are kindly requested to wear their Congress Badges at all times for identification and for security reasons. Congress badge will be required to access the lunch hall and coffee breaks.

Students must be accredited with a letter from the director or person in charge of proving this condition.
This letter must be sent to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress: secretariat.tehnic@asas.ro

 Please be sure to include both “NAME + REGISTRATION SVP 2023” in the bank transfer document.
Please, send to the Technical Secretariat the scanned copy of the bank transfer receipt.

 All bank transfer charges should be paid by the participant.
The bank account should be left free of any bank charges.

IMPORTANT:
It is not necessary to pay the registration before register online.
The registration will only be valid once it has been confirmed by email by the Technical Secretariat.

All cancellations must be requested by email to the Symposium Technical Secretariat: secretariat.tehnic@asas.ro
